SKILLET ORANGE - GLAZED PORK
CHOPS
 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pork chops, loin, rib, or sirloin, each cut 1/2-inch thick
1/4 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Watercress for garnish (optional)

About 20 minutes before serving, in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in vegetable oil, cook pork chops until they lose pink color and are lightly browned on each side. Stir in orange marmalade, water, and soy sauce. Heat through.

To serve, arrange pork chops on warm platter, spoon marmalade mixture over chops. If you like, garnish with watercress. Yield: 6 servings.
