DIRTY RICE 
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can + 1 c. water celery or mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger meat, or sausage, ham, chicken can also be used
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. onions

Cook meat and drain. Put on bottom of ovenproof dish. Add raw rice and rest of ingredients. Season to taste. Cover and put in 300-325 degree oven for 1 hour.
