CRISPY HERB CHICKEN 
2/3 c. Hungry Jack Mashed Potato Flakes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash pepper
1 whole chicken, quartered, skinned, rinsed, patted dry
1/3 c. butter, melted

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease or line with foil 15x10 inch jelly roll pan or 13x9 inch pan.

In medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, onion powder, garlic salt, paprika and pepper; stir until well mixed. Dip chicken pieces into butter; roll in potato flake mixture to coat.
