TACO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. can kidney beans
1 can beef bouillon soup
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped carrots
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 qt. tomatoes, fresh or canned
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped

Cook beef and drain fat. Add other ingredients and cook a while. Serve soup garnished with cubed Monterey Jack cheese and crushed Dorito chips.
