TACO SOUP 
1 can beef bouillon soup (or 2 beef bouillon cubes & 1 1/2 c. water)
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. carrots
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 qt. can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Cook 2 hours, until carrots are done. Serve with Monterey Jack cheese and chips.
