1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
2 eggs
3 apples
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs, flour, cinnamon and vanilla. Add a little buttermilk if batter is too thick. Add chopped apples and nuts.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Mix together well.
