CHICKEN SOUP 
3 to 4 lb. chicken
3 carrots
1 onion, cut in quarters
Salt to taste
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. Uncle Bens long grain and wild rice

Stew chicken with cut up carrots, onion and salt. Strain for two quarts of broth and remove meat from bones. Add package of rice to broth and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Add chicken bouillon cube, cream of chicken soup, and cream of celery soup. Simmer until well blended. Add cut up chicken and simmer one hour. Serves 6. Freezes well.
