PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 baked graham cracker pie shell

Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat slowly, lowest speed, 1 minute. Pour into pie shell. Chill 3 hours.
