2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. salted cashew nuts

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Mix together at low speed 1 egg, butter, sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Add to flour mixture and nuts. Drop on greased cookie sheet.

CREAMY WHITE ICING:

3 tbsp. light cream
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. powdered sugar

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Ice cooled cookies.
