MEATBALL CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. evaporated milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine meat, oatmeal, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 large balls and place into 9 x 13 inch casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. 8 servings.
