MEATBALL CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round steak
3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. sugar

Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix and shape into 35 balls. Place in large casserole. Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish) for 1 hour.

This also makes a very good meatloaf by combining approximately 1/4 of the catsup mixture with the ground meat mixture, using remainder of catsup mixture to pour over top of meatloaf, basting a couple of times as it bakes.
