TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 head lettuce
4 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can Ranch style beans (optional), drained
1/2 bag taco chips
2 c. grated cheese (your choice)
1 sm. bell pepper
Catalina dressing

Brown ground beef and drain; add all ingredients and toss; let chill for 30 minutes.
