STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
4 lg. bell peppers
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. tomato sauce

Core and clean out bell peppers; set aside. Combine ground beef, uncooked rice, salt, pepper and onions. Mix in 1/2 of the tomato sauce. Stuff ingredients back into bell pepper and cook peppers in tomato sauce at 350-375 degrees until well done. If desired sprinkle cheese over top of each bell pepper.
