CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 med. cabbage head
2/3 c. minute rice
Sm. onion
1 lg. can tomato juice
Salt and pepper to your taste
A sm. amount of ketchup

Mix ground beef, rice, eggs, and chopped onion. Add salt, pepper, and enough ketchup to make it hold together. Take leaves off cabbage head and boil until you can wrap them around small amounts of beef. Fasten cabbage rolls with toothpicks. Place in roaster. Cover with tomato juice and simmer for 1 hour.
