QUICK JELLO SALAD OR DESSERT 
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 lg. lime Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Combine cottage cheese and dry Jello. Add pineapple and fold in Cool Whip and nuts. Stir very well. Place in mold or 9x13x2 inch pan. Cover. Place in refrigerator.

For a different Jello, add orange Jello and 1 large can of mandarin oranges in place of lime Jello and pineapple.
