MY QUICK JELLO SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 (6 oz.) lime jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Bring pineapple to a boiling stage; remove and put in jello. Stir and mix well. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove and add the buttermilk and stir well. Again, put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove and add Cool Whip and nuts and celery; mix well.

Place in a 9x13 inch dish and put in the refrigerator before serving. This will keep for several days in refrigerator. This was my mother's favorite recipe. I lost her last year. This is very good!
