ELDERBERRY PIE 
3 1/4 c. elderberry
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/8 c. sugar
3 3/4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/4 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine above and cook until thick. Place in 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
