PECAN CLUSTERS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
18 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
3 c. pecans
Vanilla flavoring

Combine first 4 ingredients in a thick pot. Stir constantly until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and beat on medium speed until chocolate melts. (I put mine in the sink, which is partially filled with cold water and stir until candy stage.) Stir in pecans. Add vanilla. Drop on wax paper. Cool and store in a cool place.
