JANETTE'S WONDERFUL FLANK STEAK 
1 (1 1/2 - 2 lb.) flank steak

MARINADE:

1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
3/4 c. oil

Blend ingredients in a shallow, non-metallic container. Add 1 flank steak. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Broil or grill over hot coals about 5 minutes each side for medium rare. Slice across the grain in thin (1/4 inch or so) slices. Serves 4.
