KOREAN FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak, scored with a knife

MARINADE:

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 gloves of garlic, finely minced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Black pepper

Mix all the ingredients and pour over flank steak. Marinate several hours - overnight. Best when cooked on an open flame, but it can also be cooked in the oven. Broil about 5 to 10 minutes per side depending on how well done you like your meat.
