FLANK STEAK BBQ 
1 - 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. salad oil
1 finely chopped green onion

Mix all ingredients well. Marinate 4 hours or longer. BBQ, baste while cooking. Slice thin across grain. Serve with rice.
