QUICK LASAGNE 
1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 heaping tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped green onion (about 3 bunches)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (or sharp cheese)

Cook noodles; drain. Brown meat; add salt, pepper, garlic and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and noodles in a large mixing bowl. Alternate layers of noodles and meat in 2 quart casserole. Start with noodle layer; end with meat layer (4 layers in all). Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield: 4 to 5 servings.
