SCALLOPED CORN 
2 1/2 c. cream style corn
1 1/4 c. milk
1 lg. egg
Salt & pepper to taste
1 slice Velveeta cheese (not substitutes)
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Heat all ingredients except egg and cracker crumbs. Add to egg and cracker crumbs. Pour into well greased casserole. Top with a few crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
