IDA'S MUSTARD PICKLES 
3 qts. vinegar
1 qt. water
1 c. Coleman's dry mustard
1 c. salt (barrel or sack)
1/8 oz. saccharine

Boil vinegar and water and let cool. Using vinegar, make a paste of last three ingredients. Dry small pickles, pack in jars. Pour cold vinegar over and seal.
