PORK BURGERS 
1 lb. ground pork
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. ground sage
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 hamburger buns, spit & toasted

Mix together all ingredients except onions. Shape into 4 1/2 inch thick patties. Place patties on an unheated rack in a broiler pan. Broil patties 3 inches from heat for 8 minutes. Turn, broil 7 minutes more. Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
