JANE'S WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 yeast

Mix.

1 1/4 c. warm water

Stir into dry mixture. Rest 10 minutes. Stir down. Put 1 cup wheat; beat real hard, then 1 cup white. Let rise 40 minutes. Knead and shape into rolls. Let rise 1 hour. Put pan of hot water on bottom shelf in the oven and bake rolls over the water at 300, 15 minutes, then 400 until done.
