NATURAL EASY WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS
2 pkgs. yeast
4 tbsp. warm water
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. whole wheat flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 c. unbleached flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Heat milk to almost boiling in 4 quart pan. Cool. Add butter, honey, yeast, eggs, salt, and flour; mix well. Cover with lid. Place in refrigerator. Remove 3 to 4 hours before serving. Knead lightly on well floured board. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Cut in squares (I use pizza cutter). Place on greased pan. Allow to rise until double in size (about 3 hours). Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Brush with butter, if desired. Makes 20 to 25 according to size cut and thickness rolled.
