WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS 
1 c. melted butter
3 pkg. dry yeast
8 - 9 c. white flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. whole wheat flour
4 c. water

Stir sugar into melted butter. Add 2 cups lukewarm water. Stir in yeast with mixer. Stir in whole wheat flour with mixer, add remaining water and flour mixing well. Knead well. Let double in size and knead again. Make out rolls. Let rolls double in size and bake in 375 - 400 degree oven until done. Makes about 6 dozen.
