APPLE PUDDING 
Low Calorie
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
2 c. apples (dried)

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, beat. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Add nuts and apples. Mix lightly. Press into 11x7 inch pan (greased). Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan.
