GRAPEFRUIT AND APPLE SALAD 
1 env. lemon flavor low-calorie gelatin
2 tbsp. diced apple, unpeeled
1/2 grapefruit, cut in sections
Salad greens

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water. When slightly thickened, fold in fruits. Turn into individual mold - chill until firm. Unmold on salad greens. Yield: 1 serving - 30 calories.
