TURKEY - APPLE SALAD 
2 c. skinless turkey breast cubed
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. Granny Smith apples, cored and dice or grated
1/4 c. raisin
2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tbsp. low fat yogurt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Grated cheddar cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper

In large bowl, combine 1st 4 items in small bowl. Combine mayonnaise and yogurt then fold into turkey mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves. Garnish with grated cheese.
