APPLE CELERY SALAD 
3 med. apples, cored
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped peanuts
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. low-calorie French dressing

Cut apples into small wedges and mix with lemon juice. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve on greens. Yields 3 cups. Serves 4. 113 calories per serving.
