RED POTATOES 
3 lbs. sm. red potatoes, quartered
1/2 c. olive oil
1 lg. bunch fresh thyme, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tube anchovy paste, 1 3/4 oz.

Combine and coat. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Turn potatoes every 15 minutes.
