SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cooked and drained)
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. soft butter
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients and roll into balls. Freeze at least 1 hour. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 72 balls.
