WALNUT TOFFEE CANDY 
1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. Karo syrup
3 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted

Mix butter, sugar, syrup and water. Cool until brittle state. Add nuts. Pour on buttered cookie sheet and spread thin. When cool, spread chocolate on top.
