ECLAIR DESSERT 
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Melted chocolate
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
8-12 oz. Cool Whip

Melt 1 stick butter. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup flour, stirring thoroughly. Let cool slightly. Put into mixing bowl; add 4 eggs, one at a time. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees; let cool.

Mix 1 large vanilla pudding (instant) as directed on box. Mix 8 ounces cream cheese with pudding. Pour into eclair crust. Cover with 8-12 ounces Cool Whip. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and refrigerate.
