ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 1/2 pkgs. graham crackers
2 pkgs. French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
9 oz. container Cool Whip

ICING:

2 (1 oz.) pkgs. liquid chocolate
2 tsp. light Karo syrup
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Butter 9x13 pan. Place layer of graham crackers. Using 3 cups of milk, add 2 packages of French vanilla pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Put half the pudding on top of the crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Cover with another layer of crackers.

For icing mix together ingredients and spread on top of graham crackers.
