ECLAIR DESSERT SQUARES 
2 sm. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1 box graham crackers
2 (1 oz.) Nestle's Choc Bake (melted chocolate)
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Line bottom of buttered 13 x 9 pan with whole graham crackers. make instant pudding using 3 cups milk. Mix pudding with Cool Whip, pour 1/2 of mixture over layer of crackers (3 layers crackers and 2 pudding). Pour icing over last layer of crackers and refrigerate overnight.

ICING:

2 oz. Nestle Choc Bake

Put under hot water before opening packets. Add 2 teaspoon Karo corn syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 tablespoons butter, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons milk. Add little water if needed to spread easy. Serves 12 to 15.
