ECLAIR DESSERT SQUARES 
Whole graham crackers (Nabisco - not honey grahams)
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding (I cut milk to 3 1/2 c.)
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Butter bottom of 13x9 pan or spray with Pam. Line with whole crackers. Make pudding according to package. Mix pudding with Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 of mix over crackers. Layer more crackers over pudding. Cover with remaining pudding mixture and then with another layer of crackers. Ice with chocolate icing.

ICING:

2 sq. bitter chocolate (liquid)
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. butter

Blend together. Add water if needed to spread easily.
