SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. finely ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk (or more)
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Brown in hot fat on all sides. Remove balls. Make gravy; return balls to gravy and simmer a few minutes.

Note: You can use a can of beef gravy then simmer a few minutes with the browned meatballs.
