STANGL TORTE 
12 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 lemon rind
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix ingredients and stretch dough into a lined 11 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. I use heavy duty foil.

FILLING:

4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. ground walnuts
1/2 lemon rind
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs and sugar until lemon color. Fold in nuts, rind, and cinnamon. Pour into dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into finger pieces.
