32 vanilla wafers
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 pt. whipping cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 pt. sherbet

Butter 9 x 13 inch pan slightly. Take 22 wafers and roll out fine. Put in mixing bowl. Add chopped nuts. Whip whipping cream until stiff, fold into crumb and nut mixture. Add sugar and vanilla (this mixture will be quite thick).

Put half of this mixture into pan. Spoon on 3 pints of sherbet (orange, raspberry, lime). Spread creamed mixture on top. Roll out 10 more wafers and sprinkle crumbs on top. Put in freezer overnight. Take out 5-10 minutes before serving.
