NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
4 - 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped nuts
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Place first 5 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Set aside. In a saucepan, add the sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 6 minutes.

Pour hot milk and sugar mixture over the first 5 ingredients. Stir until chocolate and butter have melted. Then pour candy into several large buttered pans and place in refrigerator to harden. This candy must be stored in refrigerator. After cutting into squares and placing in covered dishes or pans, the candy will remain fresh for at least 2 months. Makes 5 lbs.
