3 c. chocolate chips (18 oz.) 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. walnuts, chopped Mix semi-sweet with milk chocolate, or all semi-sweet, or use peanut butter chips. Grease with butter an 8-inch square pan or 9 x 12-inch oblong. In 2-quart Pyrex bowl, put in chips and sweet milk. Microwave (uncovered) on high for 2 minutes. Remove. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla; mix well. Blend in confectioners' sugar and add nuts, if desired. Pour into prepared pan. Spread evenly. Chill until firm. Cut in bite-size squares. Store in covered container in cool place or freeze. |
