3 sm. pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. walnuts (optional)
1 lg. can Pet milk

Bring to boil sugar and Pet milk, briskly boil 9 minutes. Remove from heat. Add butter, chocolate chips, vanilla, marshmallows, and walnuts until all melted. Pour into two 9 x 13 inch pan; let set.
