CALIFORNIA PIE 
1 pie shell
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots combination
1 sm. zucchini
1/4 c. each onion, bell pepper, celery and mushrooms (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 lb. sliced turkey
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Saute all vegetables in 1/2 stick butter and 1/4 cup water. Line bottom of slightly baked pie shell with turkey slices and add vegetables. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, then top with cheddar cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.

This dish served with blueberry muffins and strawberries makes a wonderful meal.
