CALIFORNIA PIZZA 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni or wide noodles (2 c.), uncooked
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can or jar pizza sauce
1 (5 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. diced onion
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. sliced ripe olives or green olives, if you prefer
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Then drain the noodles and rinse with cool water and drain again. In a small bowl mix with a fork the egg, milk and salt. Take a 10"x15" jelly roll pan and grease it well on the bottom and the sides. First place in the drained noodles, then stir the egg, milk and salt mixture into the noodles. Spoon on the pizza sauce all over the noodles. Top with pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, olives and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let the dish stand 5 minutes before cutting into pieces. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
