BROCCOLI SALAD 
3 c. broccoli, finely chopped
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded Gruyere cheese (or cheddar)
1 sm. red onion, separated into rings
3/4 c. quick salad dressing

Chop broccoli into very small pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl and add other ingredients. Toss well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
