AWARD WINNING MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. tomato soup or juice
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firmly into an ungreased loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
