ORANGE BUTTER 
8 oranges, quartered and seeded
5 lbs. sugar (about 10 c.)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. butter

Grind orange quarters in food grinder, food processor or electric blender. Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven, cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick (about 40 minutes).

Pour into sterilized jars, adjust lids and process in boiling water bath 10 minutes. Yields about 5 pints. Delicious
